PicIDz is designed to provide a convenient, private ID photo production experience without requiring any account registration or login. You can use all the App’s features immediately after downloading, with no need to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying details. Importantly, we do not collect your facial information at all, all photos you upload and generate are stored exclusively on your local device, you have full authority to delete them anytime, and the App runs no background processes that call your uploaded or generated information. We believe that your privacy should not be a condition for using basic, everyday tools, and we have built the App with this principle at its core.
1. No Collection of Facial Information
We want to emphasize clearly and unequivocally: PicIDz does NOT collect, capture, store, or process any of your facial information in any form. When you upload a front face photo to generate an ID photo, the App only uses the image data temporarily on your local device to complete the necessary operations (including matting, background replacement, and size adaptation)—all these photos are stored locally, you can delete them whenever you want, and the App will not call this data in the background. At no point is your facial data extracted, analyzed, or sent to any external server, cloud storage, or third-party service. Your facial features, biometric data, and any details related to your appearance remain entirely on your device and are never accessed by our team or any external parties, as we never collect your facial information in the first place.
There is no functionality within the App that records, tracks, or retains facial information—even temporarily—beyond the immediate process of creating your ID photo. Once you finish generating your ID photo and close the relevant session, all temporary image data used for processing is automatically cleared from the App’s temporary memory (you can also manually delete any uploaded or generated photos at any time), ensuring no residual facial information is left behind, and the App will not call any of this data in the background, as we adhere to our commitment of not collecting your facial information.
2. Local Storage of All Photos
All photos you upload to PicIDz (including your original front face photo) and all ID photos generated by the App are stored exclusively on your local iOS device—we do not collect your facial information at all, and these local photos are fully under your control, allowing you to delete them freely at any time; additionally, the App will never call any of these uploaded or generated photos in the background. We do not transfer any of these images to our servers, cloud storage, or any third-party platforms. The App does not have access to any external storage systems, and there is no mechanism for uploading, syncing, or sharing your photos outside of your device, which further ensures we never collect your facial information or misuse your local photos.
You have full control over all photos related to PicIDz—we do not collect your facial information, so all photos (uploaded and generated) are stored locally, and you can view, edit, and delete any of them at any time through your device’s photo library or the App’s built-in file management features. When you delete a photo from your device, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered by the App or any other party—we do not maintain any backups, caches, or copies of your photos on any external systems, and the App will not call any deleted or existing photos in the background, as we never collect your facial information or any photo data beyond your local device.
The local storage of your photos is protected by your device’s own security features, which you can configure according to your preferences. The App only processes your image data when you actively use its features (i.e., when you upload a photo and request to generate an ID photo), and this processing stops immediately once the task is completed, with no background access to your data whatsoever.
We do not use any tracking tools, analytics software, or data collection mechanisms that monitor your usage of the App or access your device’s data in the background—this means we never collect your facial information, never call your uploaded or generated photos in the background, and all your local photos remain under your control, allowing you to delete them at any time. There are no hidden processes, and the App does not send any data (including usage statistics, device information, or image data) to our team or any third parties at any time, further reinforcing our commitment to not collecting your facial information.
4. No Account Registration or Login
Unlike many other apps, PicIDz does not require you to create an account, register with an email address, or log in using any social media or third-party accounts. This means we do not collect any account-related information, such as usernames, passwords, email addresses, or social media profiles—and crucially, we do not collect your facial information at all. You can use the App fully and freely without providing any personal identifying information, and all photos you upload or generate are stored locally, which you can delete at will; the App also never calls any of your image or facial data in the background, further protecting your privacy by eliminating the risk of account-related data breaches or information leaks, while upholding our promise of not collecting your facial information.
5. Third-Party Services
PicIDz does not integrate any third-party services, plugins, or APIs that collect or process your personal information. The App is entirely self-contained, and all its functionality is provided directly through the local software on your device—no external services are involved in any part of the App’s operation, so all your photos are stored locally (and you can delete them anytime), and the App never calls your facial or photo data in the background, keeping your privacy fully protected.
6. Your Control Over Your Data
As the sole owner of your photos and all related data, you have complete control over how your information is used and stored—we do not collect your facial information at all, all your uploaded and generated photos are stored locally, you can delete them freely, and the App will never call any of these data in the background. You can:
- Upload photos to the App only when you choose to do so, with full discretion over which images you use—remember, we do not collect your facial information, these photos are stored locally, and you can delete them anytime, with no background calls to your data.
- Delete any uploaded or generated photos at any time through your device’s photo library or the App’s interface—we do not collect your facial information, so deleting these photos removes them permanently from your local device, and the App will not call or recover them in the background.
- Uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all App-related data from your device (excluding photos you have saved to your device’s photo library, which remain under your control)—we do not collect your facial information, so uninstalling the App ensures no residual data related to your facial features or photos is left, and we never call or retain any of your data after uninstallation.
We do not retain any data related to your usage of the App after you uninstall it, and there is no way for us to recover any photos or information that was stored locally on your device—this aligns with our commitment to not collecting your facial information, as we never gather or retain any facial data, and all your local photos are under your full control to delete as you wish, with no background access or calls to your data.
