Subscription Agreement
Welcome to PicIDz, a lightweight and efficient ID photo making tool designed exclusively for iOS devices. This Subscription Agreement governs your purchase and use of the premium subscription services offered by PicIDz. By purchasing, activating, or using the Premium Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Premium Subscription.
Please note that PicIDz does not require any account registration, login, or provision of personal information to purchase or use the Premium Subscription. All Subscription-related processes are handled locally on your iOS device, and we do not collect, store, or share any of your Subscription data, personal information, photos, or facial information—consistent with our strict privacy commitments.
1. Premium Subscription Overview
The PicIDz Premium Subscription provides you with unlimited access to all premium features of the App, including unlimited ID photo generation, access to all standard and custom background colors, advanced matting and size adaptation tools, high-resolution photo exports, and ad-free usage. All premium features are activated immediately upon successful purchase of the Subscription and remain available for the duration of your Subscription term, unless cancelled in accordance with this Agreement.
The App’s free features remain available to all Users without a Subscription, no account required. The Premium Subscription is optional and is designed to enhance your experience with additional functionality.
2. Subscription Terms and Pricing
PicIDz offers Premium Subscription plans with flexible terms, which are clearly displayed on the Subscription purchase page within the App prior to your purchase. The available terms may include monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime subscriptions, with corresponding pricing displayed in your local currency.
All Subscription prices are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this Agreement. Pricing is subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect active Subscriptions—you will only be charged the price displayed at the time of your initial purchase for the duration of that Subscription term. If you purchase a new Subscription after your current term expires, you will be charged the current price at that time.
All Subscription purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store payment system. We do not process, collect, or store any of your payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple, and your payment information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We have no access to your payment data at any time.
3. Automatic Renewal
By default, all monthly and annual Premium Subscriptions are set to automatic renewal, unless you explicitly cancel the automatic renewal feature prior to the end of your current Subscription term. This automatic renewal feature is designed to ensure uninterrupted access to premium features, and you acknowledge and agree to this unless you choose to disable it.
If you have enabled automatic renewal (the default setting), Apple will automatically charge your linked payment method (as associated with your App Store account) for the next Subscription term approximately 24 hours before your current term expires. The amount charged will be the same as your initial purchase price (unless pricing has changed, in which case the new price will be displayed in the App and on the App Store prior to renewal, and you will be notified of the change in accordance with Apple’s policies).
We are committed to transparency regarding automatic renewal: prior to your purchase of a renewable Subscription, we clearly inform you of the automatic renewal feature, the renewal term, the renewal price, and how to cancel automatic renewal. Additionally, we will send a reminder notification to your iOS device approximately 5 days before your Subscription is set to renew, to ensure you have ample time to cancel if you do not wish to continue your Subscription .
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time, free of charge, and without penalty. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current Subscription term—you will retain access to all premium features until your term expires, and no further charges will be applied. Instructions for canceling automatic renewal are provided in Section 5 below.
4. No Account Required
As with all features of PicIDz, the Premium Subscription does not require any account registration, login, or sharing of personal information. Your Subscription is linked exclusively to your iOS device and your App Store account (for payment processing only)—we do not create any user accounts, collect any personal data, or associate your Subscription with any identifying information.
This means that your Subscription is tied to the specific iOS device you used to make the purchase (or your App Store account, if you have enabled App Store Family Sharing). If you switch to a new iOS device, you may restore your Premium Subscription through your App Store account (via the “Restore Purchases” feature in the App), without providing any additional information to us. We do not track or store any data related to your device, App Store account, or Subscription usage beyond what is necessary to activate and maintain your premium access locally on your device.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Premium Subscription at any time. For renewable Subscriptions (monthly, annual), canceling automatic renewal will stop future charges, but will not affect your current Subscription term—you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current term. For one-time lifetime Subscriptions, cancellation is not applicable as the Subscription is permanent once purchased.
To cancel your Subscription or disable automatic renewal, follow these simple steps (consistent with Apple’s App Store policies ):
- Open the “Settings” app on your iOS device.
- Tap your Apple ID (displayed at the top of the Settings menu).
- Select “Subscriptions” from the menu options.
- Locate and tap “PicIDz” from the list of your active subscriptions.
- Tap “Cancel Subscription” (or “Cancel Free Trial” if applicable) and confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation is immediate in terms of stopping future charges, but your premium access will remain until the end of your current Subscription term. There is no penalty for cancellation, and no partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a Subscription term, except as required by applicable law.
Refunds for Subscription purchases are handled exclusively by Apple’s App Store Support team, in accordance with Apple’s Refund Policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds, issue credits, or reverse charges, as all payment transactions are managed by Apple. If you believe you are entitled to a refund (e.g., accidental purchase, technical issue preventing access to premium features), please contact Apple App Store Support directly to submit a refund request.
6. Local Processing and Privacy
Consistent with PicIDz’s core privacy commitments, all Subscription-related activity (including activation, feature access, and usage) is handled exclusively on your local iOS device. We do not collect, store, or process any of your Subscription data, personal information, photos, facial information, or usage data on any external servers, cloud storage, or third-party platforms.
Your Subscription status is stored locally on your device, and we do not have any access to or control over this data. We do not track how you use the premium features, how many ID photos you generate, or any other details related to your Subscription usage. When you uninstall the App, your local Subscription data is removed from your device, but your Subscription will remain linked to your App Store account (allowing you to restore it if you reinstall the App at a later date).
We do not share any Subscription-related data with third parties, and we do not use any tracking tools, analytics software, or data collection mechanisms to monitor your Subscription usage or device information. Your privacy remains protected at all times, and your Subscription experience is completely private and secure.
7. Subscription Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Premium Subscription at any time, including adding or removing premium features, as long as such modifications do not significantly reduce the overall value of the Subscription during your active term. We will notify you of any material changes to the premium features via a notification within the App, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.
We also reserve the right to discontinue the Premium Subscription service entirely, in which case we will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice via the App, and you will not be charged for any future Subscription terms. If we discontinue the service during your active Subscription term, we will coordinate with Apple to provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your term, if required by applicable law.
8. Free Trials (if applicable)
From time to time, we may offer free trial periods for the Premium Subscription (“Free Trial”) to eligible Users. Free Trials are subject to the terms of this Agreement, plus the following additional terms:
- Free Trials are available only to new Users who have not previously purchased a Premium Subscription for PicIDz.
- To start a Free Trial, you may be required to provide a valid payment method (via the App Store), but you will not be charged during the Free Trial period.
- If you do not cancel the Free Trial at least 24 hours before it expires, your Free Trial will automatically convert to a paid Premium Subscription, and Apple will charge your linked payment method for the applicable Subscription term (monthly or annual, as selected during Free Trial sign-up) .
- You may cancel the Free Trial at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged, using the cancellation instructions provided in Section 5.
9. Termination
We may terminate your Premium Subscription immediately if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement, or if you engage in any conduct that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the App, other Users, or our interests. Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium features immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your Subscription term.
You may terminate your Subscription at any time by canceling automatic renewal (for renewable plans) or by uninstalling the App (though uninstalling does not cancel automatic renewal—you must follow the cancellation steps in Section 5 to avoid future charges). Upon termination by you, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current Subscription term.

11. Updates to This Agreement
We may occasionally update this Subscription Agreement to reflect changes in our Subscription offerings, Apple’s App Store policies, or applicable regulations. Any updates will be posted directly within the App, and we will notify you of any material changes via a notification on your iOS device, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
By continuing to use the Premium Subscription after any updates are made, you acknowledge and accept the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may cancel your Subscription in accordance with Section 5, and you will not be charged for any future terms.
12. General Terms
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us regarding the PicIDz Premium Subscription, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral). If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Your use of the Premium Subscription is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, which govern your use of the App Store and payment processing. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, Apple’s terms will prevail with respect to payment processing and App Store-related matters.
By purchasing or using the PicIDz Premium Subscription, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and that you agree to all its terms. We are committed to providing you with a secure, private, and high-quality premium experience, with full respect for your privacy at all times.
